asap Logistics GmbH is a traditional, worldwide operating logistics provider, located at the airport Munich, the city of Landshut and offices in the UK and Italy.

We are continuously looking to expand our operations with qualified and motivated personnel, who are interested in working in Logistics and freight forwarding.

Our areas of work

Courier and transport scheduling: Organization of courier and charter movements, in accordance with customer expectations.

Customer Order Processing: Creation of the accompanying transport documents, such as AWB´s, CMR´s, and filing of customs declarations.

Transport Supervision: Supervision of transport processes in accordance with legal and process requirements, until the delivery at the destination.

Transport (Deliver/Pickup): Delivery and pickup of goods, within a competent and responsible team of professional drivers.

Import/Export Handling: Administrative Handling of Sea/Road/Train Freight transport for import and export

What are our expectations

• Completed business apprenticeship/degree, preferable in areas covering trade and logistics.
• Experience in areas of customs processing, (i.e., ATLAS and NCTS processes or country specific applications) and documentation
• Routine experience in the use of MS-Office applications
• English Language Knowledge in written and spoken form; further secondary languages are of advantage. Local language requirements can differ by office location.
• High level of responsibility and a thorough and pragmatic working style
• Prior working experience in the field of logistics is of advantage
